Scope
One person making the call, one week of focused work, one written plan you can forward to your board. Fixed price, roughly a week of my time.
Build
Phased delivery with weekly demos. I pick up the phone when things shift. No surprise invoices, no war room theater.
Handoff
Documentation, runbooks, and enough training that your team owns the system. I stay reachable after, but you won't really need me.
